This is our Kofod Larsen coffee table, footstool, book store, and arts and crafts table, restored by my much-loved friend Tracy, who passed away on Tuesday from acute myeloid leukaemia.

It has been central to our everyday lives for the last five yea Another day, another #beautifulbookcovers post. This time it's Homer's The Odyssey from @penguinukbooks clothbound classics.

There's a story to go with this one. This is a gift to my son for absolutely bossing his GCSEs. 

He's a rare 16 year old bo I love my campervan - she may be an ancient rust bucket but it's times like the last couple of days when I remember why I stubbornly keep her. I don't get much time off, but when I do, she makes it easy to do something which is very precious to me - I’ve not been here much recently, so this is a photodump with a difference - not only is it from June AND July, but I also want to talk about how for me, disappearing is not so much an urge, but is more a form of demand avoidance.

It’s been a heavy May of rain, revising & rest-when-we-can in our household, but there have been glimmers in between. May started with a 40th party which was so good I forgot to take photos, nature is going crazy, It's six months today since The Curae Anthology was published 🧑.
